Threshold of the Eye is a highly revealing look at Pol Turgeon internationally rewowned art.
     Twenty-eight of his outlandish illustrations commissioned over the past fifteen years are profiled, including reproductions of the original artwork accompanied by sketches and final applications, together with a text in the artist's own words that is enlightening, ribal, ironic and confessional; all this by way of revealing the genesis of an illustration in order to throw a little light on the little known profession of illustration.
     The 112 page book contains 46 color reproductions along with 45 sketches together with a sampling of final printed projects.
